Pathway Spotlight: Building Career-Ready Skills in Business and Accounting 

Are you interested in business, finance, or management? Hoosier College and Career Academy (HCCA) offers students the opportunity to turn those interests into real-world skills through its Business Administration and Accounting pathways. Through hands-on learning experiences, students will be prepared for college and their future careers after high school! 

Both the Business Administration and Accounting Pathways give students the chance to explore the business world. These pathways allow students to take courses in business management, management fundamentals, and accounting fundamentals. These courses will help students understand how businesses operate in the real world as they prepare for their future.  

Through these courses, students can get a head start on college through dual credit opportunities with Ivy Tech Community College. This is a great opportunity for students to complete their HCCA course work while getting ahead of their future goals. Dual credit allows students to make the most of their pathway while planning for what comes after graduation.  

Students who are interested in dual credit should follow the enrollment directions in their course modules or contact their HCCA teacher for help.
