As we wrap up another incredible school year at Hoosier College and Career Academy (HCCA), it’s the perfect time to reflect on how far our students have come, and to look ahead at how they can keep growing all summer long. 

This year, our students have shown resilience, curiosity, and drive as they’ve tackled new challenges, discovered passions, and taken bold steps toward their futures. Whether they were navigating high school for the first time or preparing for graduation, each student contributed to the vibrant, engaged community that makes HCCA so special. 

Summer Is for Growth, Too 

While summer often means taking a break from routines, it doesn’t have to mean hitting pause on learning. In fact, this season presents a powerful opportunity for students to explore new interests, reinforce academic skills, and stay connected with their educational goals, all at their own pace. 

That’s why we’re excited to spotlight K12 Summer Quest, a free, interactive online program available to all K–12 students. Running from May through September 21st, Summer Quest is designed to keep students engaged in fun, meaningful learning all summer long. 

Whether your student is diving into science experiments, brushing up on reading and math, or trying out a new hobby like coding or creative writing, there’s something for everyone in Summer Quest. The platform is fully online and designed to be flexible, perfect for families with summer travel plans or students who want to learn on their own time.

Staying Curious, All Year Round 

At HCCA, we believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and summer is just another chapter. Programs like K12 Summer Quest allow our students to keep that momentum going, continue growing their skills, and maintain a strong sense of purpose even outside the traditional classroom setting. 

We encourage every student and family in our community to take advantage of this enriching resource. Not only will it help prevent the summer slide, but it’s also a chance for students to explore new topics, discover talents, and return to school in the fall feeling confident and inspired.
